There is no communication between the person selling you the product and when your product will come in/scheduling an appointment. Everything you need YOU have to call and track down the person AND follow up because often calls won't be returned. I had a very frustrating experience working with them. After 2 months of working with this company I am STILL waiting for the job to be finished.
