Dubail Fitness group training is nothing I've ever seen or done before. It's a different type of workout. We use kettlebells, suspension training, etc. I've been doing it for a few weeks so far and love the fast results I received. Best of all it worked my entire body, I used muscles I've never used before and they have morning, afternoon and evening classes. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
