FABULOUS cut and color by Ashley. I have very fine hair and it is hard to find someone who can cut it and achieve satisfaction. And the color--OMG! The best color I have EVER had. Very true to my natural and also a healthy blend of ingredients. Highly recommend Mosaic Southeast and Ashley
