Brought in a tie with a stain, stain didn't come out the first time, left it with the dry cleaner and picked it up a 2nd time, didn't have time to look at it so brought it home to discover the tie was all ripped up in the back and was wrinkled and faded. Brought it in again, the manager said I should leave it with her to alter the rips (without the owner knowing as he would charge me) and they would fix the wrinkles. Tried picking it up another two times and it was still wrinkled. Finally came in a 5th time to get my tie and the manager kept telling me the owner told him that it came in like that...for some reason the owner wouldn't come talk to me. Finally he came out and told me that I had brought it in like that, that it had been washed at home, and that I am the one who did the alterations to fix the rips. This was a brand new tie. Obviously the manager who offered to fix my tie without the owners knowledge knew how unethical and cheap the owner is.
