WE ORDERED THE FLOORING A MONTH BEFORE INSTALL DATE TO ASSURE INSTALL WOULD BE MET AS I TOLD THEM I HAD SURGERY SCHEDULED NINE DAYS AFTER INSTALL. NO PROBLEM I WAS TOLD. ON JULY 10TH TONY CALLED MY HUSBAND AND SAID THERE WAS A 2 WK DELAY, NO REASON. SO I WENT DOWN TO THE STORE ON JULY 11 AND TALKED TO TONY WHO SAID THEY HAD GOTTEN SOME LARGE JOBS IN AND THEY WERE BACKED UP. I TOLD HIM WE COULD NOT BE DELAYED BECAUSE OF SURGERY. HE SAID HE COULD NOT PROMISE ANYTHING. SO EVERY DAY I WAITED FOR A CALL [I LEFT MGS] AND TODAY TONY CALLS AND SAYS HE JUST FOUND OUT THERE WOULD BE A 2 WK DELAY IN THE DELIVERY! I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE ORDER, BUT THERE IS STILL THE [I HOPE NO] ISSUE OF A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. I HAVE ALREADY PAID HIM $4000 TO ORDER THE FLOORING IN JUNE.
