My familys expeirance was the worst servive I have ever recieved. We went in to get passports at noon on a Wendsday. And were treated so poorly we walked out. We will not go into a United States Post office again due to your poor customer service. This is way the private postal service companys are making a profit and the Government run facility is failing (with endless resources). How does that happen ? I will tell you how, bad service, poor employement practices, out dated processes, and lack of good leadership. I am embarressed that it's part of our Government. If it was private business it would be out of business. I will tell my family and freinds of my expeirance today and lack of ""tack"" and service. Don't forget I was a paying customer that came into your establisment for a service you provide, and left empty handed with out a purchase. How does that happen ?
