My son completed his classroom training end of last summer and when we went to book his behind the wheel after school was out we were told that they have a policy that behind the wheel must be completed within 6 months and we were past 6 months. They are the only company I have found in town that has this policy and they are unwilling work with us, stating we singed a contract. While that was true and it was my fault for not printing the terms and assuming 12 months like the other schools, they never mentioned it when I signed my sons completion paperwork or tried to contact us in anyway to let us know the 6 month dead line was approaching. They make it way too easy to let the time expire. The owners had no mercy and seemed irritated that I didn't agree with the policy or the lack of notification. The thing that bothers me most is the attitude they had toward me when I questioned the 6 months and the lack of notification, just not the way you run a business.
