I've called them at least 6 times since October, 2008. I have faxed them 3 times for proof of payment of a medical bill that was paid before it even went into collections. Most of them were very rude!! It is still on my credit report. I have disputed it a number of times, and it is still on there. When I call, they say I don't owe it, but for some reason, say I do when it's time to dispute it. VERY unprofessional people with no clue about what they are doing.
