This company did not fulfill their contract of picking up the trash from the bin once per week. In fact we hadn't seen them for over twenty days. Repeatedly my associates and I began to call when the garbage began to stack up. They continued to say 'tomorrow' but no one ever came. A children's summer camp produces enough trash that it needs to be picked up once a week. Finally the second to last time I called them Sean said that he would send a clean-up crew for free and we would start 'fresh.' Instead only one truck shows up with no clean-up crew. He says that our organization would need to pay $200 for the clean-up crew. Not only is that more money than the contracts once per week but also we wouldn't have needed a clean-up crew if they had just done their job!! I highly discourage any organization from this business
