I would understand more about this pad if I was able to read some consumer reports that have been negative , as I have checked with the BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU and I see that they have several complaints against them. At almost $2000.00 and not refundable I am begining to have big doughts about the whole deal. I believe I will cancel my order. M.V.Dunlop
