I go to this class 3 times a week and love it! I normally hate working out but this class goes by so fast and is so much fun, I am on my second month with them! They have helped me heal an injury that has been ailing me for 2+ years and I am feeling great! Seriously try them! Its so fun!
Pros: only an hour but you definitely feel it!
Cons: Im sore the next day:)
