I was really impressed and grateful by how nice and honest by this couple who own the agency; that they tried so hard to find me a good deal for my family trip. I trusted them until I was on my trip that I found out things were not as they told me back home. I ended up paying so much more on my own that we had to cut our trip short and returned home early. According to my understanding, I could get partial refund but wow, was I in for a surprise, they denied everything - from the things on the trips to the refund. I couldn't take legal action since there was no contract and have no witness for an oral contract. It was my words against theirs; chance of winning was slim so I took it as a lesson.
I just want to warn those who easily fall prey to this type of deceiving and cheating agency to stay away. There are a lot of places to book your trips. If you have to do it here, make sure to have everything written out in a contract where both parties signed it. I hate to see another victim like myself.
