They cook the pork chops pink to the bone so they will be tender. HGowever, pork should ALWAYS be well done and NEVER pink. It is dangerous to eat undercooked or pink pork. They will only cook the pork chops well-done if the customer reqyests it to be cooked that way. A person should not to have to reqwuest it. They should be cooked well-done automatically. Also the popp always tastes watered down. The low carb chicken and vegetables is delicious. I don't know any other carry out restaurant where i can purchase a delicious low carb meal.
