I'll make this short and simple...I was told 5p, but they'd try to make it out sooner, they did. They told me it'd take 30 to 40 mins, it did. The charged my card the wrong amount, but aknowledged it quickly. Said my card would be credited back within 2 to 3 business days. The amount was off, so I called. They promised to call me back after they had called the folks who run their CC's, I never received that phone call. Next day I called back and they acted like it was okay they didn't call me back. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be 2 to 3 business days for the money to get to me, then 5 days, so we will see if I actually get the bit of money they owe me. Also, when the guy took off my toll tag and placed it back on, it's not really sticking. I'm going to be quite annoyed if I have to buy a new tolltag. The other person was right, the guy wasn't dressed professional, but he installs glass for a living, and it was 110 degrees outside, what are you going to expect? a suit and tie?

Cons: Toll Tag sticker not really stuck back, customer service
