I am in the Navy and when it came time for me to transfer and find a place to live I had so much trouble because alot of places were not willing to process me with out meeting me first. I found Utopia Management's website and they have alot of choices and varity that I was able to find what I was looking for, did my application online, was approved and everything turned out great.
