My husband went to Len Larson to have a ring custom made for our tenth wedding anniversary. He went there 6 months prior to our anniversary date. The ring was promissed to be done in 3 months however it wasn't delivered to us until after our anniversary, not only that but it was the wrong metal, the wrong size, and the quality of the diamonds was horrible. And because it was custom made he wouldn't let us out of the deal. The only offer he made was to buy new diamonds and pay more for them to be set into the ring .We ended up spending about 10 times what we intended to. Buyer beware.
