I found Takes 2 Fitness a little over a year ago. I had just turned 40 and was realizing quickly that my metabolism was not what it used to be. I had grown complacent with my workout routine and was not seeing the results I wanted. I met with David Moss and he developed a customized workout that fit my needs. I train twice a week and really look forward to my workouts. David and his team are extremely knowledgeable and they are definitely on the cutting edge of fitness. Plus, they make it fun and, for me, I like the fact that someone is holding me accountable. My workouts are now a priority. Everything else gets scheduled around them. I can?t say enough about Takes 2. Everyone is friendly and I really like the intimate atmosphere. Best of all, I have seen great results and am more fit than I was when I was 25!
