There is a new female employee that has been answering the phone that is short everytime I have called to make an appt. The owner has always been great and I have never had problem getting an appt. It seems to me that this new employee doesn't care about keeping the owner's clientele. Not to mention, she is never very friendly on the phone. Hope she likes animals!
Pros: Owner is wonderful with the animals
Cons: New female employee that isn't helpful and always short
