They were extremely friendly. The thing that I liked the most was how predictable they were. I dropped the car off in the evening, they called me in about an hour saying that they had diagnosed the problem and that it would be ready the following afternoon and it would be $480. Sure enough, it was ready when they said and it was $480. I hate waiting in a waiting room for hours after they said it would be done, or being quoted a price that is not inclusive and then paying way more than you thought. I'm not a mechanic but I think the price may have been a little high. I took my honda to my regular mechanic to diagnose the check engine light. He said it was an O2 sensor and it would be $250, but a new O2 sensor didn't fix the problem and he thought it must be a bad computer and told me that I would need to take it to the dealer. The dealer said it was in fact the O2 sensor and that they were using a generic sensor which has trouble interfacing with the honda computer. They charged $480. I don't know where the price difference came from, i.e., the name-brand sensor or the labor. It was more expensive but I was happy.
Pros: very friendly
Cons: cost
