Unbelievably poor service. Took '07 Explorer in for oil change and new set of tires. Oil change fine. Tires not in stock first day. Told this after 8 hrs. Tires were put on second day, after 9.5 hrs. Not balanced properly, as the horrific shimmy showed. Took back third day, told they were fixed, after another 9 hrs. Still not fixed, as it still had the same shimmy. Either they didn't bother road testing it, or they just ignored the fact the steering wheel vibrated so hard it threatened to shake out of your grip.
Threatened complaint with State and the Bitter Business Bureau. They came and picked up the vehicle, to take back for another try. After 4th day, told they weren't quite ready (after another 8 hrs.). Given free rental. Fixed on 5th day, after a couple more hours. In summary, 1 new set of tires, balanced and mounted, after approx. 36 hrs. of shop time, across 5 days. INEXCUSABLE! Worst of all, no apology for the horrific service. I wouldn't take my car back here if the service was free.
