DON'T use this company if you do not wish for your property to depreciate. We made the mistake of using them as the property management company to lease our home and they were horrible. They only listed our home on one web site and the listing was terrible. I had to send them an example of what a good listing looks like. They then let our grass and trees die from lack of water. They told us they could have someone leasing our home within 2-4 weeks and it took almost 4 months. We have also ben told that realtors calling to show the house have ben having a difficult time getting in touch with the leasing agent.
