Sarah Tufano is an amazing massage therapist! For the last five years, I have experienced chronic back pain and stiffness in my legs from playing basketball in college. I didn't know what to expect when I went to see Sarah for the first time, but she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease right away. She listened carefully when I told her what was bothering me and she was able to identify my trouble spots. She determined that the tightness in my lower body was caused by all of the ankle sprains I had experienced while playing sports. In the last few weeks, she has worked patiently to loosen up some incredibly tight muscles. After only seeing Sarah for a couple of sessions, I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my flexibility and amazing relief in my back and hamstrings. I haven't felt this healthy in so long and now the pain doesn't get in the way of me living my everyday life and exercising as much as I like to. I only wish I had gone to see Sarah much sooner! She is fantastic at what she does!
