Run, don't walk, away from this place, especially the spa area. Toilet had a ring; wastepaper basket overflowing; fruit flies on the walls; rugs filthy; Jacuzzi tub in one room was covered in stains from rusty water; ragged bath towels; hand towels faded blue with large bleach stains, overhead light sockets with bare bulbs and no coverings and on and on. I had an "orange blossom" wrap, which was nothing more than being smeared with a gritty lotion that I was told had ingredients from India and so forth. Then I was covered with an aluminum-backed blanket that I suspected had covered many others and never washed. This morning I have rashes under my armpits. I'm about to contact the RI Department of Health. Staff is okay but there are no reading materials when a customer waits. Furniture is ratty looking. All in all, this place should close.
