My brother took his 2005 suzuki boulavard for an oil change and to have new hand grips put on and they returned his bike with over 6,000.00 worth of damage. In order to make the hand grips fit they had to cut thehandle bars which they cut uneven. They also crossed the wires which shorted out the started and starter relay. Busted a gear off inside the motor put a hole in the engine and dented the gas tank. Then Scott Pickwick said that none of that was their fault. It was looked at by another mechanic and that mechanic stated that who ever did the work on the bike was a poor mechanic and that my brother should persue legal action. Since that time I have spoken with several other people out there who are not satisfied with the quality of work they do. I encourage these people to speak up on this site and help protect your fellow riders and boaters from this type of careless and unproffesional attitude.
