Like the other reviewer, I have had some run-ins with a otherwise perfectly nice staff member who routinely lectures me on the food I choose to feed my dog. Mind you, now I've learned to either avoid her entirely or simply not "go there" when she asks me what kind of food it is. Last time she spent 20 minutes "educating me" on the food I'd brought - which my dog is on for health reasons, at the suggestion of my highly qualified vet - and I left feeling insulted and deflated. It's one thing to advocate a certain food/type of food WHEN THAT INFORMATION IS REQUESTED (hint hint) but it's another thing entirely to accost your clientele with unsolicited (and unwelcome) advice.\r

Frankly, it's the other staff members (and the great facility) that keep me coming back. Pushy food lady needs to cut it out. Seriously.
