The worst service even given to my mother. The replaced everything on the AC and charger her several thousand dollars and it still doesn't work. They sent us to another pep boys who couldn't fix it either. Management will not respond to emails or phone calls. I don't know how they stay in business. STAY FAR AWAY from the service dept.
