I have an Audi and Lexus. It used to be pleasant experiences to bring my cars to each dealer when my car needed some service. \r

Yesterday, I brought my Audi to University Park Audi to complain about the service I had last year. I told assistance service guy what happened to my car last year. There was an electric malfunction and they spent 2 days to figure out what is wrong and it was just a bad electric cord under the driver seat causing the warning. At that time they said they needed to take out the seats and took a long time to figure out to search what was wrong. After they fixed the problem, I found the part of seat was broken and the cover of electric cord under the seat was messed up. It is not bad at all since you don't see the broken parts. After I explained these to the assistant, he schedule me to bring my car back this morning so I did. And he said it's not under warrant to fix it since they only fixed the wire under the driver seat and they didn't touch any other parts and it is also long time ago they serviced my car. But I know they did this so they are asking me to pay for the repairs what they did to my car. At least can you be honest? You can not just deny anything that you don't want to deal with. And please don't waste my time if you want to say ""No"", just say so yesterday.\r

There was a service manager at Audi whom I trusted but he left to another company last year. Now I can not trust this university park audi.\r

Compare to Audi, it is still pleasant to bring my Lexus for the service. Although I like my Audi, I won't buy another Audi from university park audi since I can not trust maintenance service.\r
