Do you see the one star? That's being generous to this horrifically awful apartment complex. I would give them NEGATIVE 5 stars were it possible. And it dawned on me over the course of the year I existed (can't call it living) there that the REAL problems come from AIMCO, the parent company that manages -if you can call it that- this complex.
First, the staff are not only discourteous and disrespectful, they are outright liars and cheats. They operate like a sleazy rip-off used car lot, all smiles and friendly, telling you whatever they think you want to hear, until they get your lease signed and deposit your check. I'll give you an example; I went there and looked at a unit, and it was deplorable. The carpets looked like they had been vomited, urinated and defecated on for 5 years without a cleaning.
