Custom Fitness Concepts is exactly what I was looking for because it emphasizes core work and injury prevention. I initially decided to try Custom Fitness Concepts because I knew Tom Kalka from his previous employment and was impressed with him. So, he was the first person I thought of when I wanted to make a change in my fitness program. I have been training with Custom Fitness Concepts for nearly a year now. I enjoy the program very much and actually look forward to going to class. Previously, I used to dread getting up and going to fitness classes. I recommend Custom Fitness Concepts all of the time.
