I called and scheduled and appt to have a window replaced. Michelle ordered it and scheduled the appt date and time based on this was the only time I could be at my home to have the work done. The morning of the appt, I waited an hour then called only to be told they do not schedule appts and they have waited as well, since the order came in a couple of weeks ago. Took no responsibility for the error - put it back on the customer.
