We had a very bad experience with Connan's. Briefly, a job that should have taken a week and half ended up taking almost 6 weeks due to numerous errors and a lack of communication on the part of Connan's. I wasted a significant amount of time and gas money calling to check on the status of my vehicle and driving back and forth to Connan's to have mistakes fixed. I was very disappointed with this company, as they had come highly recommended to us. To top things off, I never once received an apology from any of the staff for all of the inconvenience they had caused me. When I wrote a formal complaint to the manager, I never received a response.
Save yourself some time and frustration, and don't go to Connan's.
Pros: the end result was acceptable
Cons: poor customer service, numerous mistakes/oversights
