Bridal Exclusives in Clackamas, OR does darn near everything right. From a huge selection of bridal gowns, to outgoing and helpful consultants, to a comfortable atmosphere. I've been to several bridal shops/boutiques in the Salem and Portland area, and I ran into the same problem at each of them - there were friendly consultants but they just didn't have that spark of genuine enthusiasm and determination to ensure that you, the bride, end up with your dream ensemble. No matter that I was even late to my appointment, my consultant Becca went above and beyond her employee duties to ensure that I was well taken care of. In every individual's job there is some aspect of customer service, and for me it is something that determines whether or not I return or give them my business. There is no question with Bridal Exclusives - I would recommend them to any bride or bridesmaid looking for that perfect dress!
