I recently went to laser plus for a facial. The front desk staff were rude and made me pay for my facial before I even got to meet my facialist!! The worst part of it all was that my facialist only introduced herself!! She never asked me what type of skin I have nor did she ask if I was allergic to anything. She never once explained to me what she was doing or putting on my face!! To top it all off the License on the wall wasn't even her!!! The facialsit here are not certified!!! DO NOT GO TO LASER PLUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
