Recently, we ""sold"" our boat to Carlos Aldamuy, owner of Cross World Water Sports, Inc (and evidently Carlos Aldamuy Marine Repairs). Not only did he default on the promissory note, he wrote a worthless check. Phone calls and certified mail go unanswered. He used Craigslist to sell the boat using a ficticious story. He already has numerous filings against both his company and his person (all on public record--go to sunbiz., Pinellas county records and Pasco county records). Additional criminal and civil suits are being filed. Do not let him take advantage of you also!!\r
