The guy working there was so rude on the phone, and when I showed up, he gave me the same unpleasant attitude. He threw my credit card and driver's license back to me without saying please or thank you. He added $80 worth of insurance on my bill without even asking first if I needed it. Then he got angry when I told him that my policy already covers the rental. If I wasn't in a hurry, I definitely would not have given him my business. Just a nasty place in general.
