So I need a cab to the airport and call the night before. They take my info and say it won't be a problem. The next morning, the cab is 10 minutes late, so I call only to have the person on the other end tell me I never made a reservation. When I told them I did, the person on the phone called me an f$@king moron and hung up. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and will never put a dime into their company as long as I live. On the brighter side of things, I called Long Island Yellow Cab and explained the situation, and they told me they would have a cab there in 5 minutes, which they did. The driver was extremely pleasant and I look forward to using them in the future. If u need a cab, call 516-931-1111. DO NOT USE SUNSET!!!!
