I received great service from Madame's Dollhouse. I'm very happy with the product. Everything was exactly how it was pictured on their website. I'm glad I have a resource for Madame Alexander dolls. The only issue I had was when I was shopping. There was something wrong with the website; there was conflicting information about the products as to whether or not they were out of stock. I almost gave up but then found that it showed the items in stock, so I felt like I was taking a chance ordering (since I was somewhat pressed for time to get the doll before the birthday). It worked out ok, though. You might want to get that fixed, though, because (like I said before) you almost lost the sale.
