The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The head of PT treated me like I was an idiot-despite my experience here being pretty poor-he still blamed it all on me. I wish there was another gym in the area to use b/c I would be moving so fast it isn't even funny. Won't be using their over-priced personal trainers though-almost $65 an hour!! More expensive than Vie fitness in downtown AA. Ridiculous place that thinks their way is the ONLY way to get fit.
