Called to ask if they carried a certain type of flower. First phone call, woman sternly says she can't hear me. I hang up, call back, same person answers phone in rude, annoyed manner. I ask if they carried certain type of flower, response was "" Don't know, hold on"" then immediately puts me on hold.
Pros: Had exactly what I was looking for.
