we paid $1450 as a deposit and they kept nearly $1000 as they said there was some dust and smudges in the house after we cleaned for 2 days straight. they are charging us to get the yard sorted, when the people who lived in the house before us never looked after it and it was a mess when we moved in! they didn't bother to maintain the yard for us to move in and tried to blame us for marks from previous occupants. ranae was rude and told us that we didnt know how to clean. From reading other reviews, I'm not the first one to think so.
Cons: rude, keep as much of your deposit as they can
