After making a reservation we waited 45 minutes awkwardly in the way. The manager seated 2 people that arrived after us and served them drinks, but didn't offer to us. Once seated it took 1 hour for dinner to arrive. They served me my lobster but LOST MY STEAK. The manager said he put my 9oz filet on my plate under my lobster. They never brought me my steak, they never could find it. They acted like the lobster ate my steak. I told the manager I was not happy and he did not seem to care. I also complained that we had a show to attend at the Peace Center at 9:00 and we made our reservation for 7:30 but did not get our food until 7 minutes until 9:00. The manager said ""Did you make us aware you had a show when you made the reservation?"" I told him no, I didn't see a reason I had to. Our bill for 2 was $271.00. I would have rather given $300 to the homeless and ate taco bell !!!
