A worker of D&L went into our house unauthorized. My wife left to go to the store. She left the side door open because her dad was seconds away to pick up something from our house. Her dad gets to our house within minutes of my wife leaving and hears someone who he thinks is me in our upstairs bedroom. It s not me beacuse I had just left to go to the YMCA. Low and behold the worker comes down and tries to say he was looking for our bathroom. Note that you have to pass the bathroom to even get to the stairs that leads up to our bedroom. I should point out it is a little 1000 sq ft house and the one bedroom upstairs dosnt even have a bathroom. The second most upsetting part the first--someone being in our bedroom-- was the owner David after hearing of this told me he has gone into someone else's house without their permission to ""use the bathroom"" before. We did call the police and pressed charges. Now the Owner of D&L is expecting the full amount owed. He said through subcontractor that it didnt matter that his employee went into our house and that we should still pay for his wonderful services.
