My wife made one trip to this doctor. She was not happy with the service she received while there. Everyone is not going to be happy with his or her service, you can't make everyone like you. My problem is with their billing. We have been receiving bills monthly without fail since her appointment in September of 2007, almost two years ago. The bill states that we do not owe any monies, but it does show an account balance of $87.00 over 120 days late. We have called and they say no problem, they are billing the insurance, but it makes me wonder when they may stop trying the insurance company and just come after me and then tell me to get the reimbursement from the insurance company myself.
