Terrible customer service! I took my camera in to have two little screws put in that had been lost and he charged me a very reasonable $5 for that service. However, I came to find that in the process of adding those screws, he knocked out the alignment of my camera modes, so that I can't switch between the camera and video modes any longer. When I took it back to have this fixed, he wanted to charge me an additional $55 to correct the problem that he created! I tried to explain the situation over and over again to him and I even offered to compromise and pay him $25 (which given the situation seems more than generous), but he flat out refused to listen to me and even became quite loud and rude to me, finally telling me to leave his store. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!
