I made an appointment and visited Douglas at Terra Flora regarding my wedding flowers. I left the appointment amazed at his knowledge and service, and at his estimate. He said he would email me a quote the following day and I was confident that I had found my florist. A week later, I hadn't heard from him. I emailed him, and got no response. a week later I went to the website and left a message there. Finally, I stopped in, worried that something might be wrong. The other associate said he was on vacation until wednesday, and said he couldn't find a file for me. So I wrote down my information and watched him tape it to the wall by the phone. I still haven't heard back. Now I'm 90 days out from my wedding and still trying to find a florist. I guess it's better that I find out this way than end up with no flowers on my big day.
