I had previously used Country Club vet years ago and had a great experience. When we adopted a dog this year, I decided to go back. Mistake. The form you fill out to have your pet seen requires a driver's license number and your SOCIAL SECURITY number. If they were filing insurance or filing for my taxes, they might need my SS #, but for a dog? Please. The office manager claimed that they required a SS # in case they had to turn it over to collections for non-payment (SS# are NOT required to collect a debt) or in case they needed to do a credit check (I was not applying for credit, and I would have to give permission for a credit check). When I refused to give my SS # because of concerns about identity theft, I was rudely told to leave and that they would not see my dog. If you don't mind giving your SS # to strangers for no particular reason, then go ahead and go here. If you do mind, stay away.
Cons: rude office manager
