I was so embarassed...I took my Mom here for Mothers Day, (2009) and we had an appt for a parrafin wax treatment hand and foot massages. We were escorted into a HALLWAY where 2 folding tables were set up with a towel and a stainless steel mixing bowl,some stones/rocks,for effect,and water there waiting for us ! I felt like a second class citizen being thrown into a makeshift place to have a petty treatment done. It was as if to say "Well,you aren't getting anything expensive done (mind you it cost me $140.00) so,youre being put in a hallway ! I naturally complained but was told "Im sorry,no ones every complained about this before" THAT I do NOT believe !!! I was soooo upset,and should have left,but we stuck it out. The therapists were very sweet (THE ONLY good thing about the experience) but the manager or whoever she was didnt do much for us,other than apologize,offer us a discount for the future (NO thanks ) and give us cut up fruit,and crumb cake on another FOLDING TABLE in the hallway ! It was humiliating to sit there as the other clients walked PASSED us to go into their PRIVATE beautiful rooms !!! It was a horrible experience ! Truly ruined both of our Mothers Days !
