We recently had a new air conditioning unit installed in our condo and used Universal Heating and Cooling. The whole process was pretty complicated but Universal made it seem so easy. My main contact has been Steve (installation manager) and he has been so easy to work with. We had some problems with the unit leaking but all I had to do was make a phone call to let them know and they took care of everything. The fixed the problem, replaced the floors, and made sure we were satisfied throughout the whole thing. In my opinion, good customer service is so important and Universal definitely has that. I'm very glad we used them.
