Had this company come out and trim 3 trees. They did a good job on the mesquite and palo verde. The ironwood however was completely butchered by removing well over 50% of the foliage. The crew took no precautions to protect any of the plants below the tree. All the plants where stomped on by falling branches or the workers themselves, wiping out years of growth.\r

Paid for a borer treatment that never happened. Got a phone call saying they would do it the next day. I call the next day to confirm it will be done and another guy says it was done yesterday.\r
