I just want to let all the ladies know out there that Vision Quest has a Women's Center on their second floor. They also have women trainers who are unreal. There is a huge coed room down stairs for all you guys out there too. I feel I am in pretty good shape and my trainer Chanze worked me out and I was done in 45minutes. I was in and out and it was perfect. I do not have 1.5-2.5 hours to spend at the gym I am a full time mom and business women and getting it done that fast with awesome results is perfect for me, and I would guess it is perfect for most of you out there. So if you are shopping around, look no further Vision Quest can meet your needs!!!
Pros: Big Gym for EVERYONE!
Cons: in a mall and im a girl who likes to shop
